As an 8th generation disciple, under Master ‘Simon’ Lui Long Chun, We offer lineage opportunities to Pak Mei Paai, Cheung Lai Chung line.
Our style traces its roots back to the Wudang and shaolin Temples. Pak Mei lore states that the art was created by a Daoist monk named Pak Mei (white eyebrow monk) who later gained fame as one of the five elders of old Shaolin at the time of the 1644 Temple destruction. For generations after this Pak Mei boxing was a fiercely guarded and forbidden secret of old shaolin.
That changed with Grandmaster Cheung Lai Chuen. Cheung’s formidable fighting reputation and countless challenge victories earned him a prestigious appointment as a hand-to-hand combat instructor at the renowned Whampoa Military Academy. Following World War II, his relocation to Hong Kong established the preservation and proliferation of the CLC lineage.
The techniques we teach you today are the exact same ones used to train ground soldiers for real, close-quarters combat in Sino Wars.
