We offer direct lineage to Pak Mei Paai, Cheung Lai Chung line as 8th generation student under Master ‘Simon’ Lui Long Chun, Whom I remain an active student with.
Our Pak Mei syllabus holds the formulas as taught to CLC by Chuk Fat Wan; along with the addition of the forms CLC included from his studies in Li family, beggars hand and dragon fist schools.
There is also quite a variety of classical weapons included in this training system.
The four excellences are maintained: Ti, Da, Shuai, Na. (Kicking, striking, grappling And locking)
