Syllabus of Pak Mei Tao Lo

Prerequisite Fundamental Gung fu.
This program is suitable for both beginners as well as those experienced in martial arts; training will include the systems old-guard form progression, including the classically associated drills and exercises; as well as the forms adopted into the Pak Mei syllabus by the late master Cheung Lai Chung.
