Southern mantis Sticky hands workshop
Bamboo mantis is well known for the soft power receiving hands as a delivery system of sudden short power striking ( iron in cotton). Come experience how these skills are practiced.
This workshop will cover fundamental sticking hands exercises AND their applications.
This workshop is suitable for all experience levels. Come level up your kung fu.

Military fist-pak mei workshop
OPEN to the public: this in house workshop will cover the form and applications of this historic combat set once taught by Pak Mei Pai head Master Chueng Lai Chung, at the Whampoa Military Academy.
What: learn the “military form” of the pak mei pai kung fu association.
Cost: $45.00 paid in advance. $60.00 day of.
