Naam Tong Long is our Flagship Study actively studying since 1995.

We maintain lineage to Juk Lam Paai (aka Jook Lum), under 5th generation Master Gin Foon Mark and Louie Jack Man respectively.

Historically classified as a rare and localized style, the Southern Praying Mantis (Naam Pai Tong Long) system has transitioned from a guarded regional art into a globally recognized discipline. While once confined to the Temple atmosphere of Dragon Tiger Mountain and surrounding close-knit village communities in Southern China, the lineage now boasts a robust international presence. A growing network of qualified instructors actively preserves the art across the United States and overseas, passing the tradition down to thousands of active practitioners worldwide.

Characterized by its devastating short-range power and relentless hand speed, the system has earned deep respect within the broader martial arts community. Today, it remains highly sought after by dedicated historians and practitioners of traditional Chinese martial arts who wish to study a combat-tested system that preserves its foundational roots.

The mantis boxer maintains a methodical emphasis on physical fitness and body conditioning and internal power development.
