Our South mantis program contains a distinct chigung / neigung practice used to energize the Martial Arts and Spiritual practice.

This aspect of our southern mantis kung fu will focus on breathing exercises with standing, movement and visualization practice.

There is a saying in our Gung Fu “elbows in belly out”. This is an integral part of this study.
