  • Yang Tai Chi Chuan.
  • Healing sounds chi kung.
  • Standing Zen.
  • Moving Meditations.
  • Silent sitting

Designed to facilitate and reinforce the human condition by teaching methods of staying grounded through internal martial art.


Saturdays at 10 am

Wednesdays at 9 pm

Monthly Cost:

One session per week: $50 per month

Two session per week: $75 per month
